Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions hereinafter appearing (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your online registration, attendance at and/or participation at the ADAPT Convention organised by Adapt Ventures Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No.: 1252836-V) of VSQ Block 4, Level 7, Unit 1, Jalan Utara, Bandar Petaling Jaya, 46200 Selangor Darul Ehsan (“ADAPT”) on 25th and 26th July 2020 (“Convention”). This Agreement represents the whole agreement and understanding between ADAPT and the person who submits the registration form whether via online registration on the applicable website or by way of manual registration (“Registrant”).  

Your agreement with us

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. By signing up/registering for the Convention and submitting information to ADAPT through the applicable website/manual registration form, you signify that you have read, understood, accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Completion of the online/manual registration form confirms the Registrant’s agreement to abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not register, attend or participate in the Convention.

Authority and Registering on behalf of another

By registering for the Convention, you hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary authority, rights and permissions to submit, send, or upload all information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, images, graphics and video messages, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all source code, software compilations, documents, and any other material (hereinafter collectively as the “Materials”) to the website/registration platforms used by the Convention and at the Convention. You represent and undertake with ADAPT that the Materials do not and will not infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party, including any rights of privacy or publicity and the Materials do not and will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your obligation to make sure that the person attending the Convention is aware of these Terms and Conditions and agree to accept and be bound by them. By completing and submitting the registration form you are representing and warranting that you have made the person attending aware of these Terms and that they have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to this policy

These Terms and Conditions apply to you from the date of publishing and until these Terms and Conditions are superseded by a new version. ADAPT shall in its absolute  discretion update and/or change any or all of these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice to you. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Registrants upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on the applicable website. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your registration, attendance or participation in the Convention remains in compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Your continue use of the website and/or your participation in the Convention after the posting of any updated Terms and Conditions shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such changes without notice or liability.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

We may collect your data through various ways including data and information voluntarily provided by you during registration.

We may process your Personal Data (as defined in the Malaysia Personal Data and Protection Act 2010) for the following purposes:

  • to verify your identity;
  • (if applicable) to protect your vital interest or the vital interest of another person in a case where the consent cannot be given by or on your behalf;
  • to detect and prevent fraudulent activity;
  • for the administration of justice or prevention or detection of a crime, or for purpose of investigations or for the purposes of public interest or legal proceedings;
  • for execution of any functions conferred on any person by or under any law or was required or authorised by or under any law or by the order of a court or any administrative or regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over the matter;
  • for the purposes of establishing, exercising or defending legal rights;
  • to contact you and maintain communication with you;
  • for our internal record keeping;
  • to send you seasonal greetings, messages or public service announcements;
  • for any other purposes which you have explicitly consent to, whether contained herein or otherwise.

We may share some of your personal data with our associated companies and/or sponsors for the Convention.

You hereby confirm that you have read this Privacy Statement and you fully understand the contents and extent of this Privacy Statement and you hereby signify your voluntary, explicit and unconditional acceptance and consent to your Personal Data being processed by us and/or our associated companies and/or our sponsors for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement and to those classes of third parties identified in this Privacy Statement and that this Privacy Statement shall constitute sufficient NOTICE to you in relation to the process of Personal Data by us.

Data Collection

You understand and agree that ADAPT may drop cookies on your computer/mobile phone/device or use pixels, web beacons, tags, JavaScript or other data collecting technology (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Data Collecting Technology“) for the purpose of displaying or providing advertising on the website, if any. You expressly authorise and consent to the use of such Data Collecting Technology for purpose in connection with the website. ADAPT will treat all data collected through such Data Collecting Technology as confidential information. ADAPT will comply with the policies stated in the Privacy Statement with respect of such data.

Upon completion of your online/manual registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us with our confirmation of receipt of payment together with a copy of the receipt. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form.

Your ticket will be provided to you at a later date in the form of a QR Code and/or e-ticket which can be used to gain entry to the Convention. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT one (1) ticket admits one individual only.


All registration costs referred to are in US Dollars (USD) and all payments must be made in US Dollars. No other currency will be accepted. Full payment of the registration fees shall be settled in advance.

Registration of your participation in the Convention is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and the receipt has been issued.


Only digital version of invoices will be sent to Registrant upon completion of the online registration. The invoice will be issued using the contact particulars provided in the registration form. Please make sure you have provided us with true, accurate, current and complete information contained in the registration form. We reserve the right but in our absolute discretion to contact you from time to time by way of e-mail, text messages, or telephone call. Any notice sent to the email address registered shall be deemed as received by the Registrant.

We will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any dispute airing from incomplete details submitted in the registration form and/or payment portal.

Admittance to conferences

We, in our sole discretion, and without any liability or obligation to refund, reserve the right to refuse admittance to or to eject from the Convention anyone that we deem:

  • to be behaving in a manner that could disrupt, hinder or cause a nuisance to the Convention or to the enjoyment of any other person or partner at the Convention;
  • to represent a security or health & safety risk to the Convention or to any person or partner; and/or
  • to have failed to comply with, or is likely to fail to comply with, these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your attendance or participation at the Convention.

Changes or cancellation of Conference

We will in our best endeavour make sure that the Convention programmes, speakers, topics and venues are accurate at the time of publishing. You hereby acknowledge and agree that there may be occurrence of circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control and which may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, nature, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, date or timing of the Convention.

We will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on our website.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the refund of paid registration fees that remain after credit card, taxes (if applicable) and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted, and we will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss, including but not limited to airfares, any form of transportation costs, hotels or any accommodation expenses, or other costs incurred by you as a result of the cancellation. The Registrant takes part in the event at their own risk.

In the event the Conference is deferred or postponed in any manner whatsoever due to any reason whatsoever, there will be no refund of any paid fee. However, participants will be able to join the Conference on the rescheduled date announced by ADAPT with the same tickets purchased prior to the initial scheduled date. We will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss, including but not limited to airfares, any form of transportation costs, hotels or any accommodation expenses, or other costs incurred by you and/or any damages or losses suffered by you as a result of the postponement. The Registrant shall register and take part in the Conference at his or her own risk.

Photography, audio and video recording

By attending the Convention you acknowledge and agree that the Convention (or any part of it) may be photographed or recorded by us or our partners/sponsors. You agree to permit us, or any third party licensed by us, to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise globally disseminate your likeness, name, voice and words in perpetuity in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines and other media now available and hereafter developed, both before, during and any time after the Convention, and in any form, without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit the media, the right to use the media (alone or together with other information), and the right to allow others to use or distribute the media.

Your attendance at the Convention

You are responsible for arranging your own appropriate insurance cover in connection with your participation, attendance and/or exhibition at a Conference. We and our related companies will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any person or to any real or personal property howsoever caused (except for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence or for any other type of liability that cannot by law be excluded or limited).

During the Conference, you shall conduct yourself in an orderly manner and shall not act in any manner which causes offence, annoyance or inconvenience to other participants/guests/invitees/attendees. Registrants shall not canvass, promote, advertise or solicit for business in a manner which, in our sole discretion, is deemed unacceptable. We reserve the right to remove from the Venue any participant/guest/invitee/attendee who we consider in our reasonable opinion contravenes applicable laws or regulations or our policies and procedures or those of the Venue, is likely to cause offence or annoyance or is otherwise inappropriate or does not comply with these terms.

Refund and cancellation

Your ticket remains our property and is a personal revocable license, which may be withdrawn at any time in our absolute discretion. Admission to a Convention may be refused at any time by ADAPT at its absolute discretion without any liability on the part of ADAPT. In the event admission is refused, our total aggregate liability to you, if any, is strictly limited to the refund of paid registration fees that remain after credit card, taxes (if applicable) and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted, and we will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss, including but not limited to airfares, any form of transportation costs, hotels or any accommodation expenses, or other costs incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or postponement.

No reselling

The ticket purchased by you are for your own personal use or that of your business use only. It shall NOT be resold or transfer (whether in consideration of money or other payment in kind or gratuitous) under any circumstances, including but not limited to be use as part of any promotion or competition.

Reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket, not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, will void the ticket and the ticket holder shall NOT be allowed entry into the Convention. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale or transfer of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect without any compensation, whether in the form of refund or otherwise, to you and/or the ticket holder.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket re-selling or ticket broker.

Visa requirements

It is your sole responsibility to fulfil any visa requirements at your own cost and expense. If you require an entry visa to attend, volunteer or exhibit at the Convention, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure.

In the event you are not granted a visa, we are under no obligation to refund your ticket.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Convention, the Convention contents, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Convention are owned by us, our related companies, and/or the Convention sponsors or speakers attending the Convention. You must not reproduce or allow anyone to reproduce trademarks or materials distributed by or on behalf of us at the Convention for any reason, without our prior written consent.

All information and content available on our website/registration form/these Terms and Conditions as well as all information and materials made available at the Convention (hereinafter collectively, referred to as “Content“) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Content is owned by ADAPT, its affiliates, and/or their respective sponsors, licensors and suppliers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Licensors“). ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED. The Content is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. While you may view, print, interact with or download a single copy of any portion of the Content for your personal and non-commercial entertainment, information or use, you may NOT copy, edit, vary, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, display, store, transmit, perform, re-post or otherwise commercially exploit, disseminate in any form whatsoever or use any portion of the Content in any other way or for any other purpose without the prior written consent of ADAPT.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any intellectual property rights owned or used under licence by us or our related companies, or grant to you any right or licence to any other intellectual property rights of us or our related companies. All such intellectual property rights shall remain the exclusive property of us and our Licensors.

It is strictly forbidden for any company, organisation, or person to attempt to host or organise any event in conjunction with, contiguous to or purporting to be related to a Convention or its affiliates without the express prior permission and cooperation of us. We reserve their right to take such action (legal or otherwise), including a claim for damages as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate in the circumstances.

Trade Marks

You acknowledge that the trade mark(s), service mark(s), trade name(s), logo(s), symbol(s), brand name(s) and other proprietary mark or any combination of the aforesaid (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Marks”) contained on or in our website are owned by ADAPT or its affiliates or its Licensors or third party partners/clients of ADAPT. You agree that you will NOT use, copy, edit, vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit or disseminate the Marks without the prior written consent of ADAPT or the relevant affiliate or the Licensors or the relevant third party, partner/client of ADAPT. You further agree that you will not alter or remove any Mark, copyright or other notice from any copies of the Content.

You acknowledge that ADAPT possesses absolute and exclusive proprietary rights in the Marks “ADAPT” in Malaysia and elsewhere and the goodwill in the said Marks will remain the sole property of ADAPT.


Please note that all software programming, including without limitation all HTML and other code contained in the website (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Software“) is owned by ADAPT and/or its Licensors and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws, as well as international treaty provisions. Any unauthorised access to, reproduction, redistribution, publication, display or other use of the Software is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and/or criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to maximum extent possible.


To the extent permitted by the applicable law, we disclaim all warranties or conditions, either express or implied, or any part of them in respect of any aspect of the Convention or any related materials. You acknowledge and agree that in accepting these Terms and Conditions you have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these Terms and Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that views expressed by speakers at or in connection with the Convention are their own and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any advice given or views expressed during or in connection with the Convention.

Materials shared or distributed at or in connection with a Convention are intended for information purposes only and should not be relied upon by you or others. We and our related companies do not provide any guarantees, conditions or warranties that the materials are complete or accurate and do not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Convention and/or any information provided at the Convention.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law:

(a) We and our related companies shall not be liable to you whether in contract, tort (including for negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise for any for any loss of profits; loss of sales or business; loss of agreements or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of income; loss of opportunity; loss of or damage to goodwill; loss of use or corruption of software, data or information; and/or similar losses or pure economic loss, or for any indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses however arising under or in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the Terms and Conditions, even if we had been advised of the possibility of same in advance; and

(b) subject to paragraph (a), our total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the Terms and Conditions is limited to the total amount paid by you to us for your ticket to attend the Convention, after the payment of any processing fees or bank charges applicable.

Nothing in these Terms purports to exclude or limit liability for any fraudulent statement or act or in respect of any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.



Force majeure

We are not liable if the Convention is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions, if such event results from anything beyond our reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, flood, fire, acts of terror, war, epidemic, labour strike, extreme weather malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, or mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, or any other emergency) or anything else that renders performance of the Convention, in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.

In view of the recent Covid-19 epidemic, ADAPT reserves  all rights to cancel, postpone, defer or in any way change the date of the event for safety reason to be determined at the absolute discretion of ADAPT.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This interpretation, formation and operation of the Terms and Conditions and all non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, and all disputes between the parties arising out of or in any way relating to the Terms and Conditions or any disputes between the parties in any way connected with the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by, the laws of Malaysia. You hereby unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuala Lumpur High Court or the Kuala Lumpur Subordinate Court, as the case may be.

Nothing contained in the Terms shall limit our right to bring enforcement proceedings in another jurisdiction or to seek interim, protective or provisional relief in the courts of another jurisdiction.

Some final terms

These Terms and Conditions (including our privacy policy) and all other affiliated/related agreements in relation to the Convention(for example the agreements between ADAPT and the Exhibitor) contain the entire agreement and understanding between ADAPT and the Registrant in respect of all matters which are referred to herein and supersede any prior, written or oral agreement between the parties relating to such matters. You confirm that in agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions you have not relied on any representation that is not expressly included herein and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these Terms. However, nothing in these Terms purports to exclude liability for any fraudulent statement or act.

Any term, condition, stipulation, provision, covenant or undertaking in these Terms and Conditions which is illegal, void, prohibited or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render illegal, void, or unenforceability any other term, condition, stipulation, provision, covenant or undertaking herein contained. Failure by ADAPT to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are personal to you. You agree not to assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without receiving our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without your consent by providing you with notice.

Neither these Terms and Conditions, nor any terms and conditions contained herein, shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship or granting a franchise between the parties.

You agree that the only way you can provide us with a legal notice is at the address(s) allocated above.

To the extent allowed by law, the English language version of the Terms is binding and any translations are for convenience only.

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • Headings are for reference purposes only and do not form part of the Terms and Conditions;
  • A reference to a statute, code or other law includes regulations and other instruments under it and consolidations, amendments, re-enactments or replacements of any of them;
  • The singular includes the plural, and vice versa;
  • References to persons shall include any company, partnership (whether having separate legal personality or otherwise), person, firm, joint venture, association, corporation, statutory body, unincorporated body of persons, trust, bureau, minister, agency, instrument, court, regulatory body, any authority or other body corporate and vice versa;
  • “Includes”, “including”, “for example”, “such as” and similar terms are not words of limitation;
  • If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any of your applicable consumer or other statutory legal rights that cannot be waived.

Tickets and pricing

You will find details of ticket pricing and fees for the Convention on our website. Ticket prices for the Convention are accurate at the time of publication.

We reserve the right to change the ticket price/registration fee at any time without notice but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.


We may from time to time offer certain discounted ticket promotions to encourage attendance at the Convention. We are not obligated to offer any discounts for a particular Convention and reserve the right to chance or withdraw a discount offer at any time in our sole discretion.

Age limitation

All attendees under 18 years of age (“Youth Attendees”), must be accompanied by an adult chaperone or have guardian permission to attend the Conference and all related events.


We offer space at the Convention to Exhibitors who wish to occupy a location at the Convention and operate a stall where they can exhibit certain goods or services to delegates (“Exhibit”) at agreed times, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The Exhibitor shall at its own cost, expense and risk set up its own booth and transport and set up its Exhibit at the venue of the Convention at the allocated space (“Space”) approved by us. The Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for the security and safety of the Exhibit and any other items within the Space. ADAPT shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, costs and expenses incurred by the Exhibitor in participating/exhibiting the Exhibit in the Convention or in any way in connection with the Exhibit and/or the Convention.

The Exhibitor is only permitted to conduct business from its allotted Space and shall not canvass, promote, advertise or solicit for business in any other area of the Venue without our express prior written consent.

The Exhibitor is prohibited from sub-letting or in any matter share or part any part of the Space (whether (whether in consideration of money or other payment in kind or gratuitous) without our express prior written consent. If and to the extent that the Exhibitor is permitted to sublet/share the Space, the Exhibitor shall remain responsible for the Space and shall be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions by any party to whom the Space is sublet/share.

The Exhibitor shall not canvass, promote, advertise or solicit for business on behalf of unrelated Third Parties without our express prior written consent.

The Exhibitor’s operation of the Exhibit at the Conference shall be carried out in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Location of exhibits

We retain the right in our absolute discretion to relocate the Exhibits and/or require the Exhibitor to occupy an alternative Space within the specified site at the Conference where we deem it to be necessary in the best interests of the Conference or as may be required on security, health & safety grounds or otherwise.

Standard of upkeep

The Exhibitor must keep and maintain the interior, exterior, the fittings and equipment installed at the Exhibits in clean, orderly, sanitary and good state and condition.


The Exhibitor is responsible for the disposal of all waste products and rubbish and for taking off-site all rubbish generated by it. If required, the Exhibitor shall provide litter bins for the use at the Conference which the Exhibitor must remove from the site at the end of each day. The Exhibitor is also responsible for the periodic clean-up of tables and floors in their Exhibit area and the surrounding area.

Security instructions

The Exhibitor must observe and comply with, and ensure that its staff engaged at the Exhibits observe and comply with, all instructions and directions given by or on behalf of us or venue management, and with our and venue management’s rules and regulations as communicated from time to time. The Exhibitor must not damage or allow its employees to damage the site that is hosting the Convention or the Exhibit or any part thereof. All Exhibitor personnel on site must wear identification badges at all times and must not enter any restricted areas.

Provided equipment by us

All equipment (screens, laptops, cabling and other electronic equipment, rooms, furniture etc.) supplied by us at the Conference are on a rental basis and no exchange, transfer or refund of ordered items on-site will be permitted. Any complaint regarding rented items or installation must be lodged by emailing eventmgt@adaptconvention.com before the opening of the Convention. In respect of items rented on the day, items should be inspected immediately and tested to ensure they work. Otherwise, all items are deemed to be received in good order and condition.

Exhibitors must pay for all damages or losses to equipment supplied to them. The equipment must be insured by the Exhibitor, who will remain liable until our authorised staff have collected the equipment. In case of non-return, the Exhibitor will be required to reimburse us for the full cost of the equipment at the original insurance value.

Cancelled orders are not refundable. Non-standard items may be offered on request, subject to a separate quotation, and are subject to the same terms.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates or deems to create the relationship of landlord and tenant between us and the Exhibitor nor should these Terms be construed as creating a transfer of a property interest to the Exhibitor nor any greater interest in the Conference in favour of the Exhibitor.

Exhibitor insurance

Each Exhibitor must effect and maintain with an insurer of repute the level of insurance as set out in the Event Sponsorship and Exhibition Agreement, and upon request shall produce to us evidence of the current policy of such insurances and receipts for the premiums payable thereof. Failure to make provision of such evidence to our satisfaction of will permit to immediately terminate these Terms and your right to Exhibit at the Conference.

Prohibited Activities

The following is a partial list of the kinds of activities and/or contents that are prohibited on or through the website/Convention which you hereby undertake that you shall refrain from:

(a) submitting Material that is patently offensive to the online community, or any cultural or religious sensibility, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

(b) submitting Material that is potentially unlawful, seditious, defamatory, or threatening to the national security and/or public order, and/or which is likely to encourage crime or lead to public disorder and/or instigate racism or otherwise prohibited within Malaysia;

(c) engaging in activities or submitting Material that could be harmful to minors;

(d) engaging in activity or submitting Material that harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

(e) engaging in activity or submitting Material, or promoting information, that is fraudulent, false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, false, defamatory or libelous, or to cause any nuisance, harassment, annoyance, inconvenience to any person.

(f) submitting Material that contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images;

(g) submitting Material that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind or any material that is indecent, profane or obscene;

(h) submitting Material that provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

(i) submitting Material which promotes the sale or use of illegal, prescription, or recreational drugs, tobacco products and related paraphernalia; unsafe supplements,  weapons, ammunition, or explosives, adult products or services, illegal money lending services, or illegal gambling;

(j) submitting Material which contains shocking, sensational, disrespectful, or excessively violent content or any images that are scary, gory or sensational;

(k) engaging in activities or submitting Materials that solicit passwords or personally identifiable information for unlawful purposes from other users;

(l) engaging in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes;

(m) using any robot, spider or other automatic device, or a manual process, to monitor or copy web pages or the contents contained in the website or for any other unauthorised purpose without our prior written consent;

(n) using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website.
