Isfarul represents the next generation of emerging global business professionals from Bangladesh. He graduated as a Summa Cum Laude (Highest Distinction) from North South University with a double major in Marketing and HR and plans to explore deep into organizational and human behavior. He is currently completing his MBA at the University of Tasmania. Isfarul is currently working as a Student Engagement Leader and Professional Note Taker at the University of Tasmania. During summer, he umpires Cricket Tasmania Premiere League and is the State Accreditation Coordinator for Cricket Tasmania Big Bash League.

Isfarul's core competency lies in organizational development, customer service, event management and training. He has facilitated a total of 112 training programs and shared learning with over 3000 participants. Being an emerging NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Isfarul applies NLP methodology in all his training and counseling sessions, making the sessions highly energizing, interactive and fun. Isfarul is proficient in creating objective based simulations, exercises and activities to simulate and assess workplace behavior. He has designed over 20 original simulations which have been implemented in several training programs with highly positive feedback.

Isfarul has facilitated numerous programs in 12 industries surrounding Leadership and Teamwork, Advanced Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, Effective Business Communication and Etiquette, Stress Management, Body Language, Problem Solving Decision Making, Negotiation skills, Assessment Center Development Center and Coaching skills. He regularly conducts Career Direction and Soft Skill workshops at different educational institutions for young graduates.
