Chairman of Premium Group, a collective of companies providing construction, housing, trading, leasing, and other services, Oknha Chandy Mann is the CEO of IQI Cambodia. He is also the Vice President of Cambodia Valuers and Estate Agents Association.

In March 2021 he was bestowed the honorary title of Oknha by his Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia.
