He is the founder and CEO of RISE Training Asia, a company that provides leadership, public speaking, facilitation and personal development workshops, customized training programs, wellness programs and 1-on-1 coaching.

Ken is the Head of Training & Development of IQI Philippines, a branch of IQI Global which is one of the largest real estate agencies in Asia. He is the host of Live It Asia Podcast. A show that helps people live life to the fullest by excelling in entrepreneurship, faith, and health.

Growing up soft spoken and unsure of himself, Ken knows how it is to not receive the same respect and opportunities that other, more outgoing and personable young men had.
