Ian Lai has 22 years of experience in branding, advertising and design in Singapore and Malaysia, since graduating from an art college in 1998.
In 2003, he co-founded a branding consultancy with a network that spans across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Ian was involved in collaborations with Nestlé, Nescafé, Maggi, Milo, Old Chang Kee, as well as Edwin Jeans. In 2010, Ian founded Brandtalks. Within a short period of time, his clientele has expanded to Penang, Sarawak, Langkawi, Indonesia, Singapore, as well as Taiwan.
Now, as a passionate branding practitioner and trainer, Ian and partner Jane Lee have developed numerous training programmes that aim to transform lives and bring the best out of individuals – to turn the impossible into I mPossible.
