The ADAPT International Convention (the Convention) is intended to be a platform to facilitate the exchange of ideas for educational purposes.  All opinions, advice, statements, materials, presentations, data, documentation and other information (collectively, the Information) expressed or otherwise shared by or on behalf of Adapt Ventures Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No.: 1252836-V) (ADAPT) or by speakers or moderators during the Convention are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment or financial advice.

ADAPT, its affiliates and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ADAPT Group) disclaim all responsibility for any losses, claims, liabilities or damages of any kind (collectively, Claims) arising in any way from, or in any way related to, the Convention; including but not limited to any Claims relating to:

1. any errors, omissions or changes to the program, delivery or content of the Convention, including but not limited to technical inaccuracies;
2. the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Information;
3. the reliance or use of any Information and any impact to one’s reputational, financial and/or investment position arising therefrom;
4. any third-party websites, applications or software directly or indirectly accessed through links or hyperlinks while accessing the Convention and any errors, losses or damages arising from such access;
5. inability to access the Convention or any portion thereof due to technical error; or
6. problems or technical malfunction of any computer or other electronic device as a result of accessing the Convention.

By signing up to the Convention or accessing the Convention through any media (including YouTube or Facebook), you acknowledge and agree that:

1. you will not rely on, use and/or treat the information gained and/or the content or provided as professional investment and/or financial advice;
2. you will rely on and use any of the information, material and content entirely at your own risk;
3. the ADAPT Group shall not be liable or held liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, legal fees and court costs) which you may suffer in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with the Convention; and
4. this Disclaimer applies regardless of how you access the Convention or Information.
